Kaju badaam shrikhand By Darshana sanghvi

Shrikhand is always a part of every festive occasion

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg hung curd
  • 500 gram whole sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 cup cashewnut
  • 1 cup almond

PREPARATION

    While preparing curd add milkpowder to warm milk with 2 TSP buttermilk mix all well leave overnight to form curd.

    Once curd is made hung it in muslin cloth in freeze for 2-3 hrs.

    Then in a bowl on a Muslim cloth seive 1 cup hung curd with whole sugar 1/2 cup, similarly complete entire process with remaining hung curd and sugar.

    U get shrikhand in bowl below add cardamom powder and cashewnuts and almonds to it,mix all well.

    Chill shrikhand ,serve it.
