Indian food is very well known in the entire world for it's making process and unique taste. Here today we came with totally new street food called GHUGHRA. Ghughra is a crispy and spicy road side snack which is very famous in Gujarat state of India and making process of Ghughra makes it unique street food than other. Ghughra is a very popular street food from Jamnagar and Rajkot in Gujarat. It is served with green chutney, dates tamarind chutney.
In a bowl add both flours, salt, ajwain, ghee and crumble well.

Add water and knead a dough. Keep aside for 20 minutes.

In a pan add oil heat it add boiled and grated potatoes, boiled peas, ginger green chilli paste, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala, garam masala and lemon juice mix well.

Cook for 3 - 4 minutes on medium flame.

Now take small ball from dough and roll out small poori.

Cut the proper circle with bowl.

Place a spoonful of stuffing and grease the corners with water.

Fold into half moon shape and make design with fork.

Prepare all Ghughra similarly.

In a wok add ghee and heat it up.

Fry all Ghughra in heated ghee at medium slow flame.

Now the ghughra in a serving plate and cut into center.
