INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • flour
  • 1/4 cup bajra flour
  • salt to taste
  • oil for cooking
  • 2 sp green
  • chili
  • garlic, ginger paste
  • 1/2 sp turmeric
  • 1 sp red chili powder
  • 1sp dhanajiru powder
  • 1sp sugar
  • 1sp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped
  • spinach

PREPARATION

    combine all the ingredients in a bowl add water to get smooth and dropping consistency batter.

    Now cover the batter for 30 minutes.
  3. 3

    heat a nonstick tava on a high flame.
  4. 4

    then turn the flame to medium add little oil and spread it evenly.
  5. 5

    pour a spoonful of batter and rotate the pan clockwise to spread the batter evenly in the pan.
  6. 6

    cook for 4 to 5 minutes on a medium flame cook the other side tillit turns brown in color and crispy.
  7. 7

    serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
