Samosa is hugely popular Snacks and loved by everyone.π
When we heard the word samosa. We just imagine potato and other masalas get together but today I made Healthy Wheat Flour samosa with soya and Matar Stuffing.
2 tbsp Green chutney 2 tbsp Date and tamarind chutney
PREPARATION

Take a bowl and put wheat flour, semolina, salt to it. mix it well.now add required water and make a dough. keep 10 minutes to rest it.

Firstly soak soya granual in warm water for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and squeeze it properly.

Now take a pan add little oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida , fennel seeds, and coriander seeds and crackle it. Now add green chilli and other dry masala. Mix it well.

Now add soya granual , peas and greated paneer and mix well and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes..now at the end add chopped coriander leaves. stuffing is ready.

Now take a ball of dough and roll like a chapati.now cut in middel and fill stuffing in it. Now give shape like a samosa and bake it 180β . For 15- 20 min. Healthy baked Samosa is ready .

Serve Samosa with green chutney, some date ,tamarind chutney.
