INGREDIENTS

  • Maida -500 gm
  • Ghee+oil - 100 ml
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper- 1 tsp
  • Cumin - 1tsp
  • Water as required

PREPARATION

    First crush black pepper and cumin .

    Take maida flour and add salt .
  3. 3

    Now add ghee and oil mix and combine the dough .
  4. 4

    Now add black pepper and cumin crush into flour .
  5. 5

    First check if the flour holds the shape . If it does not than add little oil or ghee .

    Now add water little by little and mix the dough properly till it becomes tight and hard dough .

    Dough should not be soft it should be hard .

    Now rest the dough for 10 minutes .
  9. 9

    Take the dough and make small portions to make puris.

    Roll the puris and make cuts with fork or knife .

    Now heat oil .
  12. 12

    Now fry puris on low flame so that it does now become brown instantly .
  13. 13

    Fry them till it golden brown and serve .
