take a large wide bowl and add solidified ghee in it. Take one ice cube at a time and rub the ghee. Take more ice cubes as required till the ghee becomes very white in colour.

Then remove ice cubes and add flour , water and mix it and make smooth batter .

Fill half container of ghee or oil. heat it , and pour batter in center little by little continue this process 10-12 times.

Fry till brown color and take out from to ghee or oil.

Rabri : In a pad add milk , milk comes to boil add sugar, deluted custard powder and simmer for 3-4 minutes the switch off flame.

Now serve the ghevar with rabri and garnish with dry nuts.
