Crispy Potato Roses By Vrushali Taklikar

The most beautiful thing you can make with a potato! These gorgeous potato roses add a simple touch of glamour to any plate.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5-6 medium size potato
  • 50gm amul butter
  • Dried herbs
  • 1/2 tbspoon pepper powdee
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • Salt as per taste
  • Thin 12 inches× 1 inches puff pastry dough slice

PREPARATION

    Peel skin off potatoes and make thin slices using slicer.

    Leave potato slices in water for 10 min to remove excess starch.
  3. 3

    Drain water and use cloth to dry potato slices.
  4. 4

    In a bowl add butter in semi liquid form, garlic paste, dried herbs salt pepper bas chilliflakes . Mix well.

    Pour mixture over pottao slices, toss it well.

    Take a puff pastry slices, place potato slices one over other on puff pastry slice, brush butter and herbs misture over the slices again.

    Roll stacked slices to make a rose shape look.

    Place it in greased muffin tins.

    Bake in preheated oven at 200 degree for 35min.

    Serve hot with tomato sauce.
