INGREDIENTS

  • Macroni pasta, full cream milk, cheese (your choice), crushed black pepper, salt, oregano, rosemary, butter, flour, garlic, breadcrums

PREPARATION

    Bring water to boil and Cook the macroni pasta until it's aldante .

    Heat the sauce pan add some butter and flour then add minced garlic saute a little then add full cream milk little by little as it thickens add cheese mixture of your choice i added parmesan, mozzarella and cheddar then add crushed black pepper, salt, oregano and rosemary stir a little add boiled macroni to it and stir take a baking bowl transfer pasta to it top it with cheese and breadcrumbs and bake for 5 min on 220°C and you're ready to serve .
