INGREDIENTS

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1/4 cup oil or butter
  • 1 cup Maida/ All purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tspn Baking powder
  • 1/2 tspn Baking soda
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup choco chips

PREPARATION

    Step 1: For wet mixure: Take a bowl, add mashed bananas, oil and milk and mix well.

    Step 2: For dry mixure: In a separate bowl, add Maida, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda and half of the choco chips.

    Step 3: Combine both wet and dry ingredients together and prepare a smooth batter.

    Step 4: Grease a cake tin with oil and pour the batter into it.

    Step 5: Put half of the remaining choco chips over the batter and bake it for 30 minutes at 180 degree C.
