Take 1 kg chicken, add 1 tbsp turmeric, 1 tbsp chili powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 300g curd, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp Maida, 1 tbsp refine oil, 1 egg. Mix it well and marinate for 2-3 hours.
