Butterfly Mix fruit Cake By pinky talreja

It's unique in cake shape from regular cakes and taste is also gud somewhere sweet and sour taste

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup maida
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk powder
  • 3/4 tbsp baking powder
  • 1.5 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 8 drops Mix fruit Essence
  • Pinch off Baking soda
  • 3 - 4 drops lemon juice
  • 2cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup Sugar water
  • Pineapple crush
  • Strawberry crush

PREPARATION

    Firstly in a pan put Maida.

    Powdered sugar.
  3. 3

    Baking powder.
  4. 4

    Milk powder mix all dry ingredients.

    Now add milk and.

    Mixed fruit Essence mix all the ingredients.

    Now add oil and mix all together very well.

    Then in last add baking soda and lemon drops and mix littly .

    Now take cake mould dust some oil and maida in mould and put .

    Put cake batter.

    Now in preheated kadai/ pan .

    Put the cake mould.

    And bake for 40 -45 min on medium gas.

    After bake cake and cold it .

    Demould the cake .

    Cut cake in three layer .

    On first layer add sugar water.

    Then whipped cream layer it .

    Now add some strawberry crush top of whipped cream.

    Then add second layer put some.

    Thn whipped cream.

    On top of whipped cream.

    Add pineapple crush.

    Then put 3rd layer of cake.
