Kasuri methi , red chilli powder (acc.to wis,salt (swaad anusa, green chillies 1 to 2 nos , oil ( 4 to6tsp)
Bonless chicken 200 gm , green corainder for garnishing
PREPARATION

Heat oil in the pan add roughly chopped onion , garlic ,ginger and green chillies. Toss them until onion get transparent .

Add roughly chopped tomatoes . Along with 1 tsp òf salt , 1tsp of red chilli powder.

Add half cup of water and cook the onion and tomatoes at simmer gas .

In the other pan cook the boneless chicken until golden brown .

Now cool the onion and tomatoes and grind to the paste . In the pan add a little oil with little turmeric and jeera . Now add onion tomato paste to it . Add kasuri methi and add cooked boneless chicken to it . To adjust the consistency of the gravy add little water or milk to it .

Now add little salt and corainder leaves for tempering.
