INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup besan
  • Water as required
  • Pinch yellow colour
  • 1/4tsp baking soda
  • Desi ghee for fry
  • 1.5 cup suger (for sugar syrup)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4tsp saffron threds
  • 1/2tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 spoon pistachio

PREPARATION

    Firstly prepare all boondies .
  2. 2

    In a large bowl take 2 cup besan n water n pinch of yellow colour .
  3. 3

    Mix well n make smooth batter no lumps in batter.
  4. 4

    Again add water if required n make flowing consistency batter.
  5. 5

    Add baking soda n mix well.
  6. 6

    Boondi can prepare besan batter slowly making sure the drops fall into ghee stir gently not overcrowd.

    All boondi make crispy take off drain over the paper napkin.

    Now we make suger syrup In large pan add 1.5cup sugar and 1 cup water turns sticky it's ready add saffron thread cardamom powder,1 tsp lemon juice mix well .

    Now add all boondi in sugar syrup n mix well .

    After one hour suger syrup is absorbed by boondi .

    Boondi make juicy, when boondi lukewarm we start shape all ladoo.

    Ladoo garnished pistachio nuts .
