Beetroot Rolls By Roshni gadiya

Beetroot Rolls are super soft and naturally dark pink pastry rolls that are perfect for every occasion and can be eaten anytime. Beetroot are highly nutritious and healthy for any age people around . They are been topped/sprinkled with some of desiccated coconut to give natural flavour..

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Beetroot
  • 2 spoonful gulkand
  • 1/2 cup sooji
  • 2 spponful of desi ghee
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Desiccated coconut for dressing

PREPARATION

    Take a pan add 2 spoonful of ghee , add 1/2 cup of sooji instantly , cook and stir continuously for 15 minutes .

    add 1 cup of sugar .

    add 2 spoonful of gulkand and mix them in pan stir them make a dough of it.

    now off the flame take pan down , mixture whenever cools down as per your convivence make rolls of them like whichever shape you love.

    sprinkle some of desiccated coconut dressing and they are ready to eat.

    IMP note : refrigerate them after rolls are made.

    you can store them for 15 days .
