This is unique recipe . basbousa Egyptian cake. Easy and very tasty.

INGREDIENTS

  • Samolina (sooj1cup
  • Butter or ghee 1cup melted
  • Sugar 1cup
  • Curd 1cup
  • Milk 1cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  • almonds chopped for garnish
  • Baking powder 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon pod
  • Rose water 1teaspoon
  • Normal water 1cup

PREPARATION

    In this recipe take a bowl and add samolina and add sugar add baking powder.

    Mix all dry ingredients.
  3. 3

    Then add curd and milk wisk it for 2mins.
  4. 4

    Then add all roasted dry fruits.
  5. 5

    Now add melted butter and vanilla essence.

    Next again wisk it well and rest it at least 10 min.

    Then take a greased baking container transfer all the batter into a container .

    And bake it atleast 20 mins into pre heated Evon.

    Now take a sause pan and cup of water and add cinnamon stick and 1teaspoon of rose water and take a 1bowl and rest into it.

    After baked a cake spread all sugar syrup into a cake. And cake transfer into a plate garnish with chopped almonds.
