It's a sweet loaded with ghee and dryfruits.origin of this sweet is from Surat city ,Gujarat.its eaten and enjoyed in all festivals and many occasions too
In a bowl knead a semi soft dough of refined flour,2 tbsp ghee and milk as required and keep it aside ,covered.

In another pan saute khoya on low flame till it forms lump,then let it come to room temperature .

Now in another bowl mix almond coarse powder,pista coarse powder,roasted Bengal gram flour,powdered sugar,cardamom powder,saffron strings and khoya mix all well ,stuffing of ghari is ready.

Now roll rotis with rolling pin from the prepared dough ,small rotis then fill the prepared stuffing of ghaari inside it and make small potlis out of it and seal the top of potlis properly ,ghaaris are ready for deep frying.

Now deep fry this ghaaris in medium hot ghee till golden.

Now take these ghaaris out and let it come to room temperature .

Then in a bowl mix unmelted ghee and icing sugar ,now coat the top of ghaaris with this unmelted ghee mixture.

Garnish the ghaaris with grated almond and pista and rose petals.
