INGREDIENTS

  • 2cups of wheat flour
  • 1/2 grated coconut
  • 10 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tsp of cardamom powder
  • 1tsp of balck pepper powder
  • 1 cup of Milk
  • Salt for taste
  • Oil for fry

PREPARATION

    In a kadai, add 5tblsp of sugar and grated coconut and cook till sugar melt in low flame.
  2. 2

    After coconut are done. Add cardamom powder and black pepper powder.Switch off the gas and keep it covered.
  3. 3

    In a cup add 5tblsp of sugar and milk add let it dissolve.
  4. 4

    In a bowl, take wheat flour and add 2tblsp of oil and mix it properly.
  5. 5

    Then add milk and suger mixture in wheat flour and make a smooth dough.

    Make small bowl from the bough and stuff with coconut and cover it properly.

    Heat the oil for frying in a kadai.
  8. 8

    Fry the made pitha in kadai and cook it in medium to low flame. Till golden brown.

    Atta kakar pitha is ready. You can eat it hot or cold. Garnish it with grated coconut.
