Atta Honey walnut cake By Chinmayi GP

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Atta
  • ¾ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp Curd (or one egg at room temperature)
  • ½ tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Broken walnuts

PREPARATION

    Seive Atta , Baking powder , Baking soda , salt and cinnamon powder.

    Mix Milk , Honey , Curd and Oil in another bowl.
  3. 3

    Add the dry ingredients mix to the wet ingredient mix , part by part and mix by cut and fold method .

    Add little more milk if needed.
  5. 5

    Add the walnuts and mix just until it's well combined.
  6. 6

    !do not over mix!.
  7. 7

    Preheat the oven at 180° for 10 mins.
  8. 8

    Pour the batter into the cake tin.
  9. 9

    Tap two or three times to remove air bubble.
  10. 10

    Bake at 180° for 40-50 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.

    And you have a very quick and easy cake ready.
