INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup boiled potatoes
  • ½ cup 4-5 minutes soaked poha
  • ⅓ cup powdered sabudana
  • Oil for frying
  • Curd, tamarind chutney, coriander chutney
  • Cabbage, Paneer cubes, Sev and coriander for garnishing

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, soak poha for 4-5 minutes and then rinse the excess water.

    Take another bowl, mash the boiled potatoes, add the soaked poha and powdered sabudana into it.

    Mix it well, until it forms into a dough. If needed add some more powdered sabudana.

    Keep the dough aside for rest.

    Then, In a pan heat oil. The level of the oil should not be more then ⅓ of the pan, or just to the height of the patties you made.

    Then, make the round patties from the dough.

    Then pan fry the patties until it turned golden brown.

    When the patties are ready, take them out on a paper.

    On a plate, place your tikkis, and sprinkle some chaat masala onto it.

    Then pour curd, coriander chutney, tamarind chutney on it.

    Then garnish it with some cabbage, diced paneer, sev and coriander.
