Aloo Mutter Sandwich By ravi thakur

A quick and delicious evening snack or breakfast sandwich recipe made with potato, peas and some spices.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large boiled mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  • 8 white bread slices
  • 1/2sp ghee
  • 1sp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 sp asafoetida
  • butter
  • 2 sp green chili and
  • ginger paste
  • 2 sp green chutney+ extra for applying
  • salt to
  • taste
  • 1/2 sp black salt
  • 1 sp sandwich masala

PREPARATION

    Heat ghee in a nonstick pan .

    add cumin seeds and asafoetida and saute for a few seconds add green chili and ginger paste and saute for a minute.

    Add green peas, salt, black salt and sandwich masala and add green chutney, potato and mix till well combined.

    Apply butter on one side of bread slices. apply some chutney over them and place a portion of the potato mixture over each slice of bread and spread it evenly.

    place the remaining slices of bread them to make sandwiches.

    apply some butter on top.

    heat a sandwich maker place the sandwich on it and till golden.
  8. 8

    Halve the sandwich and serve hot.
