Love is rarely a single moment. It unfolds, deepens, surprises, and transforms, much like the finest chocolate revealing its layers slowly. This Valentine’s Day, ITC’s Fabelle Exquisite Chocolates invites connoisseurs to experience romance in its most poetic form with ‘The Arc of Love’, a limited-edition collection inspired by the five timeless stages of love.
Since 2016, Fabelle has redefined India’s luxury chocolate landscape, blending global ingredients, master craftsmanship, and immersive storytelling into every creation. With The Arc of Love, the brand once again elevates chocolate into an art form, where flavour becomes feeling, and indulgence becomes expression.
Drawing inspiration from Sufi philosophy that see love as an evolving arc rather than a fleeting spark, Fabelle presents five handcrafted, heart-shaped pralines, each symbolising a distinct emotional milestone.
The journey begins with ‘The Beginning’, a pristine white chocolate shell encasing delicate milk chocolate mousse and caramelised macadamia nuts, capturing purity and promise. It gently progresses to ‘The Bloom’, where a milk chocolate shell filled with a spicy mousse mirrors the exhilaration and intensity of awakening desire.
As emotions deepen, ‘The Bond’ celebrates togetherness through a velvety ruby chocolate shell layered with lemon conserve and dark mousse, an interplay of sweet and tart notes reflecting love’s nuanced rhythm. Then comes ‘The Belief’, crafted with luscious dark chocolate dipped in pure cocoa liquor, symbolising trust, strength, and unwavering faith. The journey culminates in ‘The Beyond’, a soulful fusion of rich chocolate and divine cheese mousse with a hint of French sea salt, encased in milk chocolate, embodying eternal passion and devotion.
Priced at INR 845, this limited-edition praline collection is available across select Fabelle boutiques, on Fabelle.in, and via leading food delivery platforms, making it an accessible yet exquisite Valentine’s indulgence.
But the romance does not end with the box.
Fabelle extends The Arc of Love into an extraordinary seven-course luxury dining experience, where cocoa becomes the thread weaving together cuisine, memory, and emotion. Hosted exclusively on 14th February at ITC Hotels in Cajsa (Bengaluru) and Ottimo (Chennai, Delhi, and Kolkata), the immersive experience is designed to be savoured slowly, at INR 15,000 per couple (with pre-booking available).
Thoughtfully curated, guests may begin their journey with dishes such as Marinated Burrata with Mesclun Greens, Sour Cherry Glaze and Dark Chocolate Curls and Beet Carpaccio with Goat Cheese and White Chocolate Drizzle for a vegetarian prelude, while non-vegetarian selections like Smoked Salmon with Goat Cheese and White Chocolate Drizzle add a nuanced depth.
The experience deepens with comforting courses such as Jerusalem Artichoke Soup with Blue Cheese and Dark Chocolate or its non-vegetarian counterpart featuring Spiced Confit Prawn, followed by vibrant plates like Sicilian Lemon Infused Avocado Battuta with Toasted Hazelnut Crumble and Cocoa Dust for vegetarians, or Chicken Liver Pâté with Toasted Hazelnut Crumble and Cocoa Dust. Handcrafted pastas such as Homemade Fettuccini with Roasted Peppers, Aged Parmesan and Dark Chocolate Crumble, alongside an indulgent scallop variation for seafood lovers, showcasing cocoa’s surprising versatility across palates.
For the mains, indulgence takes centre stage with refined vegetarian offerings such as Confit Boletus with Aged Parmesan Risotto and Dark Chocolate Glaze or Confit Duck Leg with Aged Parmesan Risotto and Dark Chocolate & Red Wine Glaze, where richness meets elegance. The journey culminates with the Fabelle Cocoa Trail, a finale crafted to linger on the palate, much like love itself.
With The Arc of Love, Fabelle once again transcends the conventional boundaries of chocolate. It is not merely about indulgence; it is about storytelling, innovation, craftsmanship, and emotional connection. Because like love itself, the finest cocoa reveals its depth gradually, leaving behind a lingering sweetness long after the last bite.
