Surrounded by a cocktail bar in the rear, the area commands attention due to its size and seclusion. The chef, who is always cheerful and never seems rushed, gets all of his fish from Japan and makes classic nigiri with just a touch of nikiri. The other courses that round out the dinner show off a lot more flair and originality. Japanese beef is a staple, and dishes like Hokkaido hairy crab with capellini and shiso or seven-day marinated snow trout in koji are sure to please.
