Karni Temple, Bikaner

Deshnok, a little hamlet near Bikaner, is home to the Karni shrine. 'Temple of rats ' is the name given to it. The 20,000 huge black rats that live and eat in the Temple every day are the reason for its fame. The shrine honours Siren Mata Karni, who is thought to be an incarnation of Goddess Durga. Its exquisite Mughal architecture was created in the 20th century by Maharaja Ganga Singh of Bikaner. The nearly 75-centimetre-tall artwork by Mata Karni is a major attraction, making it one of the most interesting temples in Rajasthan!
The famous Mata Karni Temple is easily accessible from both Deshnok railway station (610 m) and Bikaner Airport (about 30.5 km). From Delhi, Ajmer, Udaipur, and Kota, buses often travel to Bikaner.

Eklingji Temple, Rajasthan

Among the most important religious locations, this temple was constructed in 734 AD and has 108 temples. Every Monday, thousands of Hindu pilgrims go to this temple to worship to Lord Shiva. It is one of the main temples and houses a statue of Lord Shiva with four faces. If you can, attempt to visit this temple during Mahashivratri on a day other than Monday. It is worth a visit despite the crowds. This temple's design is really one-of-a-kind. It has a pyramidal roof and a carved tower, and it has two stories. A massive hall with pillars and a large pyramidal roof may be seen in the main temple.

Eklingji is the governing deity of the Mewar lords, and Bappa Rawal was the one who founded the temple. A stunning silver statue of Nandi greets visitors to the shrine. Two Nandi sculptures made of black stone and bronze also exist. The 50-foot-tall sculpture of Lord Shiva is also fashioned from black marble. There are four representations of Shiva in the four photos. The silver serpent that adorns the Shivalinga further adds to its allure.

Mehandipur Balaji Temple

Without visiting this temple, no journey to Rajasthan is complete. The city of Mehndipur is home to Rajasthan's most renowned temple, Mehndipur Balaji. Hanuman, sometimes known as the monkey God, is a beloved deity who has a temple devoted to him. Because there are so many exorcists ready to carry out the rite, it has gained a reputation for successfully driving out bad spirits. If you're only going to visit one temple in Rajasthan, make it this one. You won't regret it. The lack of a direct transit option makes getting to the temple a bit of a challenge. The Bandikui train station is conveniently located 36 km away from your location, so there's no need to worry.

Birla Mandir, Jaipur

Constructed in 1988 by the Birla Group of Industries, this temple is on the younger side. It sits a little higher than the surrounding land, next to another well-known temple—the Moti Dungari temple. Indeed, this sacred site is atop Moti Dungari hill. Whether it is gleaming in the sunshine, or illuminated by the moon, the temple is a sight to behold. This Birla Mandir follows in the footsteps of its predecessors by paying homage to Vishnu and Lakshmi. The three massive domes of this temple stand atop a large verdant garden, and the walls are adorned with carvings depicting legendary events.
