First wash the wheat and soak it in water for 1 hour. Now remove it from the water and spread it on a clean cloth and dry it for 10 minutes. Now grind coarsely in the mixer.

Now boiled after putting 1 glass of water in the cooker, now put coarse wheat in it and apply 4-5 whistles.

When the cooker cools down, take out the mixture in a deep pan and add milk to it and mix it well.

Keep this pan on the gas and cook on low flame till it thicken.

When it becomes thick, add sugar, cardamom powder, dry fruit, saffron and turn off the heat.
