INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g penne 450 ml tomato sauce 150 ml cream 1 tbsp olive oil 2 garlic dried oregano dried basil chili powder pepper Parmesan cheese parsley mozzarella cheese

PREPARATION

    Add the tomato sauce over the sautéed garlic. Turn the heat to low. While the tomato sauce is cooking, add the spices.In the meantime, add the pasta to salted boiling water and cook for 11 min. Keep a cup of pasta water to add to the sauce later. (It will make it creamy)Add the cream and stir. Let cook for 3-4 min.

    Add the drained pasta, water from pasta, more salt and pepper, Parmesan Cheese and fresh chopped parsley.Add the pasta with sauce to a butter greased roasting pan. Top with grated mozzarella cheese and put in oven. (Preheated at 180 degrees Celsius). Bake for 20 min.Take out of the oven when the mozzarella is golden and crisp. Add some chopped fresh parsley. Serve.
