Wheat roll By Abhinav Singh

It is completely veg and made from wheat flour. Easy to made.

Serves4 to 5

Cooking Time30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • Wheat flour
  • chopped cabbage, onion, tomato and corriender
  • oil ( whatever is available)
  • steamer and kadhai

PREPARATION

    Step-1 take bowl and add wheat flour.

    Step-2 kned the dough well and keep aside for 5 minutes.

    Step-3 prepare the stuffing by adding chopped cabbage, onion, tomato and corriender to the bowl.

    Step-4 add tomato sauce and mix it well.
  5. 5

    Step-5 Take the dough and roll it circle.
  6. 6

    Step-6 add holes to the circled dough.
  7. 7

    Step-7 add the stuffing and roll it.
  8. 8

    Step-8 add this roll to the steamer and steam it to 10 minutes.

    Step-9 take a bowl and prepare a mixture of wheat flour ( water like consistencand dip the roll in the mixture.

    Take-10 kadhaii nad add oil and fry the roll until turn golden brown .
