First add oil/ghee to the curd and then add powdered sugar. Beat them. After beating, add fine semolina, all purpose flour and 1/2 cup milk, mix well, cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.
2
After 30 minutes, add baking powder, baking soda, salt and 1/4 cup as much milk as you need and mix.
3
Divide this mixture into two parts, mix one part again and keep the other color green and the other white. Add the remaining red color and mix (1: 1: 2).
4
Fill the three mixtures in different piping bags. Let the microwave preheat to 180℃ for 10 minutes.
5
Grease the round caketin with a ghee and sprinkle with flour. Now first rotate the green mixture on the side of the caketin. Rotate the white mixture on its side and spread the red mixture on the remaining center area. Add a little chocolate chips on red mixture. Repeat this process until all the mixture is finished.
6
Tap the caketin and bake in the preheated microwave for 35 to 40 minutes.
7
After baking, remove the caketin and let it cool. Once cool, demold the cake in a dish. Cut into slices and serve with watermelon cake.
