INGREDIENTS

  • For Piyush

    • 1 cup shrikhand

    • 1 cup buttermilk

    • 1 cup milk

    • 3 tsp jaggery powder

    • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

    • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder

    • 3-4 saffron strands

    • 2 tbsp mixed dry fruits

    • saffron strands for garnish

PREPARATION

    In a bowl add 1 cup shrikhand, 1 cup buttermilk, 1 cup milk and stir it properly.

    Add 3 tsp jaggery, ¼ tsp cardamom powder, ¼ tsp nutmeg powder, saffron, chopped mixed dry fruits to the prepared mixture.

    Garnish it with saffron strands and mixed dry fruits.

    Piyush is ready to serve.
