1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp crushed fennel seeds
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp asafeotida
1 tsp dry mango powder (amchur powder)
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp chopped green chillies
salt to taste
oil for frying
