INGREDIENTS

  • For Mutton Taka Tak

    • 3-4 tbsp oil

    • 2 tsp cumin seeds

    • 1 tbsp corainder seeds

    • 1 tbsp chopped giner

    • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

    • 2 cups onion

    • 3 tomatoes

    • 1 cup chopped tomatoes

    • water as required

    • 200 gm mutton kheema

    • salt to taste

    • 3 tbsp coriander powder

    • 3 tsp red chilli powder

    • 1 tbsp turmeric powder

    • 1 tbsp garam masala

    • 200 gm mutton offal

    • 2 tbsp chopped coriander

    • 2 buns

    • 10-12 ginger juliennes

    • 2-3 chopped green chillies

    • 1/2 tsp garam masala

PREPARATION

    Take a tawa and add oil, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped onion, whole tomatoes, chopped tomatoes and water to it.

    Cover the tawa with a lid and cook till the tomatoes become soft. Mash the softened tomatoes.

    Now add mutton kheema, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala to it and mix and mash everything properly.

    Next, add mutton offal to it and mash again. Sprinkle some chopped coriander on it.

    Toast buns on the tawa.

    Sprinkle ginger juliennes, chopped green chillies, garam masala on the taka tak. Garnish with mint leaves.

    Serve Mutton Taka Tak with buns, sliced onions, and lemon wedges.
