For Dhabewali Chicken Curry
2 medium sized grated onions
1.5 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
5 tbsp readymade tomato puree (or paste)
5 tbsp coriander leaves, roughly chopped
2 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
3 tbsp oil
salt to taste
For masala mix
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1.5 tsp red chilli powder
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
For tempering
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 red chillies
3 green chillies, cut and slit
