First, cut the carrot and place it on the baking tray. Add rock salt, 1 tsp ghee, a pinch of cinnamon powder, cumin powder and 1 tbsp finely chopped dill leaves and spread it properly onto the carrots.

Then let it bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 10-12 mins.

In a pan, heat 200 ml coconut milk and mix cardamom powder with it.

In a bowl, mix 2 tsp arrowroot powder with water properly.

Mix the arrowroot paste with the hot coconut milk.

While serving, add 1 tbsp honey to the glass and mix it properly with the arrowroot coconut milk.

Arrowroot milk is ready to serve with baked carrot fries.
