Walnut Brownie By Shubham Dhama

INGREDIENTS

  • Maida 1 cup
  • Coco powder 1/2 cup
  • Coffee 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Thick Curd 1 cup
  • Powdered Sugar 3/4th cup
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp
  • Dark Chocolate 1 Cup
  • Butter 3/4th Cup
  • Chopped Walnuts 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup Luke warm water

PREPARATION

    Sieve the first four ingredients thrice n keep it aside.

    In Microwave safe bowl melt the Dark Chocolate n Butter... Microwave for 1 min each time, do stir it n then again repeat 3-4 times... keep stirring it... you will get smooth shiny texture.

    In a big Mixing bowl put Curd n sugar... beat it well, add vanilla essence. Mix it. Now Add the chocolate mixture n again mix it well...

    Now gradually put the flour mix into the wet batter n gently fold. (If thick accordingly put the lukewarm water)...

    Add Chopped Walnuts into the batter (save some for the toppings)...

    Transfer the mixture into the greased Square / rectangular cake tin.... Bake it in preheated oven at 180'c for 35-40 mins.

    Once done let it cool completely, demould it n cut it into square slices.

    Enjoyyyy the Brownies with Chocolate Sauce n Vanilla Ice-cream.
