INGREDIENTS

  • Sweet Corn 🌽 – 1/2 cup
  • Carrot – finely chopped – 2 tb sp
  • Capsicum/ Green Bell pepper – 3 tb sp – finely chopped
  • Mint leaves – one cup – chopped
  • Red chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Butter – 3 tb sp

PREPARATION

    Stuffing/ Curry:-Heat oil on medium to high.

    Add carrot & saute.
  3. 3

    Add chopped capsicum/ green bell pepper & saute.

    Add sweet corn and saute Cook 2 mins.

    Add mint leaves Add spices & salt Mix well.

    Sweet corn stuffing is ready.

    Stuffing Puffs :.

    Take one puff pastry sheets Cut into 3 equal vertical pieces.

    Keep sweet corn stuffing on it.

    Close the sides & edges perfectly.

    Gently press the sides with fork.

    Apply butter on puffs.

    Apply butter on baking tray.

    Arrange puffs in baking tray.

    Pre heat 200 C/ 400 F 5 minutes.

    Bake 180 C/350 F 25 minutes.

    Take out when it becomes light brown, flaky & puffs up Sweet Corn .
