INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bowl Poha
  • 1 Choped onion
  • 1-2 Green chilli
  • 1 Chopped potatos
  • 1/2 cup Peas or peanuts as your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rai
  • 1/2 teaspoon Jeera
  • Corriender
  • to taste Salt
  • Choped tomatos
  • 1 tps oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 tps turmeric powder
  • Lemon juice

PREPARATION

    Heat ghee in a kadhai. Add mustard seeds,green chilli allow to sputter.

    Add curry levels, onion and stir for a few seconds. Add chopped veggies and cook until veggies are tender.

    Add turmeric powder, salt mix gently. Cover is particularly and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes.

    Add soaked poha.mix very well. If the poha looks too dry, add a few tablespoons of water and continue cooking.

    Remove from heat and add lemon juice and chopped coriander levels. mix well and serve hot.
