Veg Cutlet By Jyoti Choudhary

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 inch Finely Chopped Ginger
  • 2 Finely Chopped Green Chili
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Chopped Carrot
  • 4 tbsp Finely Chopped Beetroot
  • Salt as Per taste
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 Boiled Mashed Potato
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 6 tbsp Breadcrumb
  • 5 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • Oil for Deep frying

PREPARATION

    Place a pan on low medium flame and add 2 tbsp of oil and heat. Then add chopped - ginger, green chili, onion, and saute well. After that add chopped - carrot, beetroot. Mix everything on low medium flame and saute well. Now add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and mix everything well. Now add mashed potatoes and mix well. Then turn off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves. Now take it out in a bowl and let it cool.

    After that add some of breadcrumb and mix well. Now take a small piece of mix and give any shape as per your choice and prepare cutlet from all mix. Now take all-purpose flour and add salt and mix well. Then add water and prepare a semi-thick batter. Now coat cutlet with the prepared batter and in the breadcrumb. Do the same steps and coat all cutlets.

    Now place a Pan on medium flame and add oil for deep fry and heat well. Now add the prepared cutlet into the pan and fry on medium flame. When cutlets become golden and crisp then take them out on a plate. Veg cutlet is completely ready and you can enjoy them with green chutney, salad or sauce.
