INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup dosa/idli batter
  • overnight soaked and ground rice and urad dal mix
  • 1/4 cup onions Chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrots Chopped
  • /4 cup coriander leaves
  • /2 tsp ginger chopped
  • /2 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION

    In a pan heat the oil .

    Once the pan is hot.
  3. 3

    pour the batter into each of the moulds.
  4. 4

    Cover the pan with a lid and allow the appe to cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5

    Once the edges of the appe start to brown and become crispy.
  6. 6

    use a spoon or fork to flip each appe over.
  7. 7

    On the other side of the appe to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. 8

    Remove the appe from the pan.
  9. 9

    Serve hot And enjoy the Veg Appe with your Favourite Chutney .
