  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 50 gms butter
  • 1 tsp oil for greasing cake mould
  • 1 tsp maida for greasing cake mould
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp kesar
  • 10 cashewnuts
  • 10 badam
  • 20 green, yellow, red tutti frutti

PREPARATION

    First Important Step of Baking🍰 Preheat the oven at 180°c for 25 minutes ➖Grease the cake mould with oil and dust some maida.➖ In a bowl 🍭 Add milk, Add curd , Add butter, Add sugar, And beat it. After a good mix 🍭 Add vanilla essence, Add kesar, Add baking powder, Add baking soda, Add maida, And beat them all again, to get a thick flowy batter. Than, 🐥 Add cashewnuts, Add badam, Add tutti frutti, And mix all ingerdients with a spatula using the cut and fold method. Now add the cake batter to the cake mould and add cashewnuts, badam and tutti frutti on top for that wow look. Keep the cake batter mould in the preheated oven and let the cake bake for 35 minutes. 🎂 3, 2, 1, Yummy Nutty Kesar Cake is done 🎊 .
