It's winter special dish and very healthy ..it has lots of benefit of seaseme.seaseme is very good for health

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.half cup tutti fruti
  • Seaseme seed 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Eliachi pwder 1/2tsp

PREPARATION

    In a pan first dry roast the seaseme seed on low medium flame.till nice aroma coming from seed.dont turn too much pink.. then let the mixture cool down completely..

    Then grind it in a corase pwder..then again heat a pan .add seaseme pwder and condense milk acc to ur sweetness..

    Cook till when they r coming in binding form in low medium flame add cardamom pwder and 1 tsp dedicated coconut pwder it's optional.

    Then switch off the flame and cool down the mixture add tuti fruit and mix it again..and give a desired shape..as u want..now it's ready to serve..
