Tripple Chocolate Pizzookie By Khyati Parmar

It's a skillet cookie topped with vanilla icecream and some hot chocolate sauce.. It's called Pizzookie because it's made in a cast iron skillet and is giant like pizza.

Serves4 Servings

Cooking Time30-35 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup rich quality unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 TSP baking soda
  • 1/4 TSP salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips to top the Pizzookie
  • Vanilla ice cream as needed
  • Chocolate sauce as needed

PREPARATION

    Preheat oven at 180°c for 15 mins. Butter the skillet and keep it aside.

    To the bowl add butter and both the sugars and beat them until soft and creamy.
  3. 3

    Mix in milk and vanilla extract.

    In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder.

    Mix dry ingredients to et ones and using hands mix a cookie dough.

    Make a giant ball out of the dough and place it in a greased skillet.

    Bake the skillet cookie in the preheated oven at 180°c for 20-25 mins.

    Once baked immediately press some chocolate chip on top and let it rest for sometime.

    Put a large scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle some chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
