Tandoori Mayonnaise By Vikas Aswal

This eggless tandoori sauce or mayonnaise is just the perfect dip to be served with your snacks.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 2-3 Tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • Salt To Taste
  • 2 Tsp Ginger Powder
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder

PREPARATION

    Add all the spices in one bowl and keep aside.

    In a blender, add milk, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and spice powder.

    Blend the mixture till it thickens.
  4. 4

    Add more milk if required.
  5. 5

    Check the taste and add more spices if required.

    Store in an air tight container.
