Tandoori chicken burger By Pinnamaraju Kavya

It is so flavourful with all the spices it’s moist and juicy

INGREDIENTS

  • Buns-5
  • Mayonnaise
  • Egg-5
  • Chicken breast-5pieces
  • Curd-2cups
  • Garam masala-2tbsp
  • Salt-2tbsp
  • Pepper-1tbsp
  • Cumin powder-2tbsp
  • Garlic powder-2tbsp
  • Cardomom-2tbsp
  • Cloves-3
  • Lemon-1
  • Charcoal
  • Cheese-5
  • Chilli powder-2tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste-2tbsp

PREPARATION

    Marinade chicken in curd and all the spices mentioned above and add lemon and let it marinade for at least 5 hrs.

    After marinade take a cup with hot charcoal and keep that in the middle of marinade and drizzle ghee and cover the marinade for 20min.

    In the pan add oil and cook the chicken. Until golden brown.

    In a pan add oil and cook sunny side up egg.
  5. 5

    Assemble the burger with the bun add Mayonnaise,cheese,chicken and egg.
