Surprise Paw Bhaji By Kareena wagle

Speciality of this pav bhaji is that children will unable to get the idea about the ingredients and they'll enjoy it. The secret ingredients will be those vegitables that children dislike to eat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 potatoes, capcicum, carrot, cauliflower, cabbage, paneer, cluster bean, common bean, spinach, bottle gourd, ridge gourd luffa, peas 4 table spoons each, 2 tomatoes, 5 onions. Salt to taste, spices, ginger garlic paste. 50 gm butter, amul cream 3 table spoons.
  • 5 table spoons oil. Butter 50 gm.

PREPARATION

    In a pan heat oil & butter together, add onion, ginger garlic paste, jeera, spices, salt & sauteing them.

    Add tomatoes after exceeding the oil, add boiled potatoes and rest of the vegetables and add paneer and stir them.

    Add hot water. After few times when water get dissolved then garnish it with amul cream, butter and onion.
