INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gram suji 500 gram curd 1/2 tsp baking soda As required water 1 tsp oil 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 3 tbsp coriander leaves 2 tsp pav bhaji masala 1/2 cup frozen peas To taste salt 3 pieces tomato chopped 2 pieces onion chopped 1 pieces capsicum chopped 1/2 pieces carrot chopped ,As required onion leaves

    Take suji in a bowl. Add curd and mix. Cover it for 10 minutes. Add water and baking soda or eno in the mixture. Mix salt. Mix it well. Heat tawa and add a tbsp of batter on it. Like mini uttapam. Cook it from both sides. Make all the mini uttapam just like this. Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds and let it crackle. Add onion, tomato and fry. Add capsicum and peas. Add carrot and cook for few minutes. Add salt, and pav bhaji masala. Let it cook for few minutes. Now add all mini uttapam in it. Mix well. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
