INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup suji
  • 1/2 cup desi ghee
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tbsp elaichi powder
  • Dry fruits

PREPARATION

    Take a pan , add ghee.

    Add suji , roast it on medium flame until golden brown.
  3. 3

    Add water .
  4. 4

    Mix it well for 2 minutes.
  5. 5

    Add sugar and elaichi powder.
  6. 6

    Mix well until water gets absorb.
  7. 7

    Garnish it with dryfruits and enjoy it hot 1.
