Spicy Chilly Chicken By varshitha prabhakar

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken (300 g)
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste
  • Green Chillies
  • Mint Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Onion
  • Corn Flour (1 tablespoon)
  • Soya Sauce
  • Corn Flour

PREPARATION

    In a mixer, add 1 tablespoon of Ginger and Garlic paste, 15 Green Chillies, Handful of Mint and Coriander Leaves, Sprinkle some water and grind it into a paste.

    In a Pan, Add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, 1 Onion and roast until the raw smell goes off, Add Chicken and roast for 10 minutes in medium flame. Add about 1 tablespoon of salt, grinded paste and roast for another 5 mins minutes on medium flame. Pour 300 ml water, keep the flame to high and boil for 7 to 8 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon Soya Sauce.

    In a separate bowl, Add 1 tablespoon Corn flour, 2 tablespoons of water and mix well without any lumps. Add this corn flour paste into boiling chicken and mix until the gravy thickens. Garnish with chopped Green Chillies.
