One of the easiest cocktails to make, a gimlet is a classic drink composed of gin and lime juice. An extremely simple drink, with a mix of gin and lime cordial, but with an iconic personality of its own. Quite citrusy, almost sour, a gimlet is always a good idea!

Ingredients

    • ice cubes

    • 60 ml gin

    • 20 ml lime cordial

    • curry leaves

    • lime wheel

PREPARATION

    Glaze the Nick & Nora glass using honey and stick curry leaves on the portion

    Add a few curry leaves to a mixing glass and muddle

  3. 3

    Pour 20 ml lime cordial

  4. 4

    Add ice cubes till the rim of the glass

  5. 5

    Pour 60 ml gin

  6. 6

    Shake it well using a cocktail shaker, and double strain the drink into a Nick & Nora glass

  7. 7

    Garnish using a lime slice
