INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm curd
  • Sugar as required
  • Few pistachio
  • 1tsp cardamom powder
  • Few chopped nuts

PREPARATION

    Take curd into muslin cloth tie tightly and hang it over hight minimum 6-8 hours till water completely drained out. Once drain keep into refrigerator. In mixie jar add green cardemom pods grind couresly powder keep aside.

    Take this hungcurd in bowl and whisk it for few seconds add sugar powder whisk for 3-4 min add green cardamom powder drynuts mix all well then refrigerate it till chilled.

    Your delicious easy popular Shrikhand is ready. Garnish with some pistachio Serve chilled with hot puris.
