INGREDIENTS

  • almonds 250gram
  • jaggery powder 100 gram
  • 3)ghee150 gram
  • cardamom powder

PREPARATION

    Step-1 make a fine paste of overnight soaked almonds .

    Step-2 switch on the gas and pour 150 gram ghee in a pan .
  3. 3

    Step -3 after 5 min pour almonds paste in pan .
  4. 4

    Step -4 stir it continuously till the colour of the paste get brown .
  5. 5

    Step -5 mix jaggery powder in the paste and mix it well .
  6. 6

    Step -6 serve in a bowl and garnish with cardamom powder .
