Sabudana and Samak Mini Paneer Uttpam By Sarika Sakshii Yadav

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 gm Sago 150 gm Samak rice 2tbsp Rosted peanuts powder 2-3 green chilli chopped coriander leaves chopped 50 gm paneer sendha namak to taste 1/2 tsp black paper powder
  • Desi ghee 2tsp

PREPARATION

    Soaked sago and Samak for 2-3 hours after that make a fine paste in a mixture jar after that add peanut powder black paper powder sendha namak green chilli and chopped coriander and for garnish take a bowl and put mashed paneer 2tsp peanut powder green chilli sendha namak black paper and chopped coriander and mixed well after that take a pan on low flame greased with Desi ghee and makes mini uttpam u can make 3-4 uttpam after that garnish with paneer mixer flip n cook to both side .
